Hey, everyone!!

I’m excited to announce a new muscle building series that I’m putting together that will teach you the principles and foundations of building muscle, eating to support it, and programming methods that you can use to have the strongest and most aesthetically pleasing body that you can have for yourself.

In this series, I will also be offering away–for FREE!!–my very first lean muscle building program for beginning and intermediate lifters alike, and also those dudes, young and old, who just want to get strong and in a lot better shape (you too ladies). This is my first offering as a newly certified NCCPT personal trainer that I’m using to help develop my clients with their fitness goals, and I want you to be apart of it when it launches too.

This program will focus on developing a strong foundation for a balanced body with the big lifts–squat, deadlift, and benchpress, along with the overhead press and rows–in addition with dynamic movements and exercises, like tire flips and kettlebells, to keep challenging your body. I’ll also introduce how to properly stretch, foam roll, and recover along the way, so you can reach the program’s ultimate goal:

developing lean muscle that is strong, powerful, and able to perform when called upon, while achieving aesthetic goals at the same time in balance with a structurally sound body.

This is a big step for me and I want you to be apart of it by not missing out. That’s why I encourage you to stay around and be on the lookout for this series, and my program when it launches during the coming weeks.
